The seasonal series was created as a way to nourish your intuition and dreams throughout not only the seasons of life, but the actual seasons themselves. I am a firm believer that everyone comes to this planet with something important to share with the world, and the world needs what makes you, you. This group coaching container is here to support exactly this and give you the tools to do so along the way.
Each program is 12 weeks in length and includes a deep focus on connecting to your intuition, developing a trust in your creative vision, and support amongst community. These programs are created to bring confidence to not only your vision, but your life! The tools will focus on introspection through journaling, meditation, and understanding your own personal cycles in connection to nature.
Below you will see how The Seasonal Series is broken down, which will also be held at the correlating time of year. There will be four rounds of group coaching programs per year. Whether you join us for the whole year or just a season, I (and our group!) are here to support you in every stage.
Hi all! My name is Bridget Rose.
I am a former high school history teacher turned intuitive entrepreneur, mentor and life coach. I’m a big believer in experiencing this life to its fullest potential and having some fun learning about yourself in the process. If you have ever felt you are meant for more, lost on the journey, or a bit different from the rest, you are in the right place!
This program came at a time where I was personally feeling a lull in my business. I was deep in what I call the “day 2s” in business. The days of lack of motivation, the days where I didn’t want to show up and quite honestly did not know if my business was going to make it through the season.
As these "day 2s" started to creep in, I was forced to slow down and listen to my body. My personal lull was a deep call back to self. It was when I started paying attention to the cycles that I will be going through with you in this program.
What I have learned throughout this process is that we live in phases reflective of the nature around us. What I have learned specifically as a woman is that we are meant to follow a beautiful 28 day cycle reflective of the moon herself. We are multifaceted, and I want to use this program to look at the whole of who you came here to be. I have also learned that keeping a dream alive can feel impossible when you are doing it on your own, and that community is a key pillar to success.
Throughout our time together, I am here to remind you that you are so much more than your job and given identities. You are a soul having a beautiful human experience, and you only have one shot at being you in this lifetime. What did you come here to share?
